MapMyFitness is excited to announce a new partnership with MyFitnessPal, a free and easy health and fitness system that helps you reach your goals through calorie counting and diet plan tools. For all you calorie counters out there, we’ve created the perfect marriage to sync and keep track of all of your health and fitness information.

This integration is a major win for our members who use any of the 400+ fitness tracking devices (Garmin, Polar, Wahoo and Fitbit to name a few) compatible with MapMyFitness, with all workouts imported into the MapMyFitness platform being synced directly to MyFitnessPal.

Your workouts recorded within MapMyFitness will automatically sync to MyFitnessPal. This includes activity type, time, average pace and total calories burned. Many of our members have requested this integration and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome MyFitnessPal to our extended team.

There are two ways to get started:

  • Within the app, select ‘Settings.’
  • Tap ‘MyFitnessPal.’
  • Log in with your credentials (or via Facebook).
  • Authorize the connection.
